 Handling the cycle of the Direct debit files (sending and receiving the files on daily basis)  Monitor the cycle of the collection for digital payments such as (Direct debit - Credit Card - ACH -Fawry Allianz Portal).  Handling the Follow up cycle with customers by sending the all needed communications every month (statement of account-letters-sms-….).  Handling all inquiries and investigations related to the bancassurance and ASF, which collected through credit card, ACH, portal, or Fawry….etc.  Handling the all communications with banks to facilitate the direct debit process and any related enhancements.  Responsible of the full ACH Cycle and all its related communications with EBC and agents and customers.  Prepare on monthly bases the regular bancassurance reports for All banks and also ASF reports
