Directs sales force to achieve sales goals within an area Periodically follow up on the execution of the sales plans and the achievement of targets and submit reports to the Regional Manager. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales goals. Ensures proper sales coverage of each territory based on territory needs and the capability of the sales representatives. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the area sales volume. Recommends service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Monitors the preparation and routing of all sales contracts for the area. Presents sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Collects customer feedback and market research Oversees performance management of all sales team and takes the appropriate corrective actions with under-performing sales staff. Provides guidance regarding hiring, training, promotions, and disciplinary issues for sales personnel. Performs other related duties, as required.
Responsible for leading and guiding the sales personnel. Cascades sales goals, builds and executes sales plan, analyzes data, mentors the members of his sales team. Evaluate all sales activities in the respective area. Is also responsible for setting targets, ensuring the right standards are implemented across the organization in line with the client expectations. - BSc. degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture - Post graduate studies in Management is preferable - From 5 to 8 years of experience in sales with 2 years in Managerial level
